Young adult life is exciting. And can be challenging!

I offer 20's focused life coaching, with a spiritual twist.

am here to help you get clear on how to make the best of it. You can bring whatever concerns you to these sessions. Issues that come up include:

Work: what do you really want to do, adjusting to work norms, building a career.

Friends and relationships: what and who is really important, people move away and there are different demands on your time.

Life juggles and getting direction: this come in all shapes and sizes, one gets sorted, another unravels, like where to live, fading dreams, family, value conflicts and setting goals.

There are some of the themes you can bring to coaching. Sometimes it just helps to talk stuff through and sometime you can get clearer and set new goals, How you use your coaching time is up to you.

For most impact, a few sessions a couple of weeks apart work well. Some people prefer one off sessions to deal with something that needs attention.

This isn't fantasy, this is feeling into the life you really want to live, even if it seems impossible from where you are right now.

Here be monsters

Oops, looks like someone said you can't have what you want, or you're scared of going after it, or what will happen to you, or the folk you care about, if you do. We have a hundred scary monsters in our heads saying NO. Well enough of that! Let's get clear on what is holding you back.

Time to choose

Choices, choices. Which way to go? And if you go one way, be fully aware of what you are, not, choosing. Explore all the options. Where to live, the job you really want, the friends you want to keep, and not! Some young adult choices echo through your life. At some point you have to choose, or life and others may choose for you.

You already have some life skills and tools. At different times in your journey, new challenges might arise. What else do you need help with for your plan, right now, or coming up? Who are the people that are going to help you, and who are you better off without? Time to tool up and team up.

Keep Going

The good days, the not so good days, and the run of the mill days. Keep adjusting as you go, using the new skills and helpers in your life.

Check in with your plan following your own values and aspirations. And if you take a knock (it's life, right!), re-adjust and keep going.
