The Recast Path
Old medicine in changing times

Stepping on the Path!
What path brought you to here I wonder? It is my prayer these pages might be helpful and bring blessing to you and those you love.
Read on, remember what you seek is not always in plain sight especially if you expect the instant gratification, binary choices & simplistic dialogue offered by our culture.
If I were to try to throw a rope around smoke, the labels you might recognise are could be these:
Gen Z & 20's Coaching
The distance between longings and life can seem huge. Even success can cast a shadow. So how to make the best of your precious human life! And where do values and spiritual understanding fit in?
I combine formal coaching with spiritual wisdom from decades of study with first nations teachers to help you shape the life you want.
Reduced rate first 2 lessons.
Grief, Loss & Living
I offer events where grief can be brought within the safe boundaries of ritual & community. Here strong feelings can be released & heavy, often long held, burdens of grief can be put down, the better to engage more fully in life.
Grief, from bereavement, life's disappointments, relationships, planetary sadness, numbs us. Let it go.

For Men
My hope in men’s work (with ritual, poetry, story & community) is to move men into their feeling bodies, engage their, often wary, hearts & invite in a language of courage, sincerity & passion, a respect for the nature & to explore the innate sense of manhood within.

Divination
Confused. Blocked. Uncertain. Needing guidance. At a crossroads. Curious even? Needing to know what is going on before action?
I offer cowrie shell divination, taught to me by African teacher, the late Malidoma Some.
This can be done face to face or on-line.
Weaving Rituals
Your desire for ritual might include: to heal, seek help, acknowledge or give thanks, to name a few.
My rituals are inspired by 30yrs study with first nations teachers.
Rituals that can help with:
Life Stage Transitions.
Comieof age (teens or 20's)
Wholeness (if life takes a chunk out of you)
Shared vision (for groups, or teams and projects.)
All of this I offer with a direct and sensitive manner, often with a sense of humour and from a broad perspective. Here is a little feed back from others' experience with me:
