I combine formal coaching with spiritual wisdom from decades of study with first nations teachers to help you shape the life you want.

I offer events where grief can be brought within the safe boundaries of ritual & community. Strong feelings can be released & heavy, often long held, burdens of grief can be put down, the better to engage more fully in life.
Grief, from bereavement, life's disappointments, relationships, planetary sadness, numbs us. Let it go. let your heart sing again.

My hope in men’s work (with ritual, poetry, story & community) is to move men into their feeling bodies, engage their, often wary, hearts & invite in a language of courage, sincerity & passion, & a respect for nature. We explore our innate sense of manhood within, including fatherhood given, received & longed for.

Divination

I offer cowrie shell divination, taught to me by African teacher, the late Malidoma Somé.
This can be done face to face or on-line.
Weaving Rituals
